KCCD Housing Counseling Agency assists potential home owners in the purchase of their first home by providing home buyer education, financial literacy, and counseling. Prospective home owners learn about government down payment assistance programs, escrow, and related topics that will equip them to purchase a home.
Homebuyer Education classes are offered twice a month in English and Korean for a one-time fee of $50. The following is the list of upcoming classes:

TimeAll classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Each Session is 8 hours plus 1 hour lunch time. The course must be completed in order to receive the 8 Hour Certificate. Fee:Registration fee for the course is $50.00*. One-on-One counseling session is FREE of charge. *A $10.00 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds.
